Optional Phone Number Hiding
Phone number hiding is optional, not mandatory.

Or allow number visibility if they are comfortable
This setting can be changed anytime inside the app.

What Information Is Shared and What Is Not
Only the information required to complete a ride is shared.
Shared information includes:
- Pickup and drop-off locations
- Live route during the ride
- Driver or rider name and profile photo

Not shared:
- CNIC or document details
- Personal phone numbers (unless allowed by the user)
Location Access and Control
Location access is required to book and complete rides.

To find nearby drivers

To enable live tracking and trip sharing
Location tracking starts when the ride begins and stops automatically once the ride ends.
You remain in control of when the app accesses your location.
Call and Message Protection
All communication is protected inside the app.
Calls are routed securely
Messages are used only for the ride
Conversations are not recorded
